Jaccuzzi/swimming pool
pool table
games room with all gadgets for video consoles, etc.
a garage fit for 4-5 cars
king size bed
mini fridge for beers during a game
widescreen tv
decoturf tennis court/mini football pitch
room for 4-5 PCs
paintings/posters
gym equipment
what else can you add/take off the list?
